They are easy bite sized drops of information, and not overwhelming. Lots of short videos and images for your learning. Easy to complete and when you are ready you can move onto the next Tiny Course. Although small courses, they are packed with useful information to help you dress well for your body shape and to truly transform. Watch on the train to work or with your morning coffee.
